Created for survivors of suicide loss, this solo podcast offers validation and education in a gentle, steady voice. Episodes are typically 20–30 minutes and speak to the real emotions and questions that can follow a suicide death, all without judgment and without pressure to “move on.” If you’re looking for language for what you’re carrying, and a reminder that you’re not alone, this is a supportive place to start.

Bereavement Coaching
Grieving is exhausting, especially without a plan. Our coaching follows The 4 Phases of Suicide Loss method (Devastation, Question & Grow, Holding Steady, and Acceptance) in order to help you unpack the complexities of bereavement and start living again.

We offer tailored coaching packages for individuals and groups. We also provide specialized “Twilight Coaching” for support when you need it most—even in the middle of the night.
