Tracy's Story
Tracy walked away from an accounting career of 30+ years to work feverishly and passionately as an advocate for suicide postvention. It was scary yet exhilarating but, after losing her own 16-year-old daughter (Chelsie) to suicide, there was no other option other than to pull other loss survivors out of their emotional trauma. Through networking and passion, she has become an outspoken warrior for the people who have lost someone to suicide and continue to hide in the shadows.
Meet Chelsie
Chelsie was a vivacious and precocious teenager who was full of energy and light. She enjoyed her friends, her cats and hobbies that included fashion and music. As she grew, she began to struggle with her mental health. Journey Thru Grief exists to help other suicide loss survivors just like her parents, siblings, family and friends.
